- 12/20: Check weight, resume juicing until two days before Christmas; then eat regularly to prepare digestive system

- Nothing store bought or processed, only from nature
- Maintain -5lbs (25 total)
- Juicing again (swimsuit season)
- No solid foods
- Maintain weight
